Where do I get the invitations?
Invitations can be picked up at the front desk. If you are out of town, we can drop some in the mail for you. We are happy to email you a digital invitation upon request.
Can we add extra jumpers to a party?
Yes! Your party host will keep track of attendees, so no need to pay for extra jumpers or socks at the time of booking. This also goes for attractions, extra drinks, or game cards. Just let your party host know and they will take care of you!
$12 for extra jumpers for a Value or VIP (1.5 hours of jump time)
$15 for Ultimate (All Day Passes)
Also, your birthday child does not count toward the number of guests in the package, and if there are any Jumpers 4 and under, an adult can jump with them for no charge to the adult!
Are party packages refundable?
No. We will be more than happy to reschedule your party due to illness or emergencies, but the party packages are not refundable.
What is the cost of renting an area if you are not having a birthday party, and what does that allow you to do?
Reserved area space is available on a first come first serve basis – we do not reserve the space for you. It is $50 for two hours. You may bring food and drinks in with the restrictions of: No alcohol, No glass containers, No glitter/confetti and No slow cookers or food warmers. You may have as many guests as you like, they pay
as you enter the premises.
If there is more than one birthday child, will they both get an Amp'd Birthday Shirt?
Yes! You will receive the t-shirt when you check out for your party! It’s the gift that keeps bringing smiles to everyone’s face, because ANYTIME your jumper wears their Amp’d shirt, they get 2 hours of jumping for only $10! There are no restrictions for times or dates for this promotion.
Where are the pizzas from?
Our party packages that include pizza will be freshly baked & delivered by Papa John’s. The pizzas are large one–topping, which will have 12 slices. You have your choice between Cheese, Pepperoni, Hamburger or Sausage. The pizzas are delivered an hour into the party, so they are still hot & fresh when the Jump Time is over. We suggest eating after jumping, because sometimes full tummies and jumping do not mix.
Can I order extra pizzas?
Yes! If you need to add extra pizzas to your package or if you would like to order pizza for your Value Package, please give us a call before your party and we can get that taken care of for you.
Pizzas are $12 each and we need at least an hours’ notice to let Papa John’s know. Gluten Free and Specialty Pizzas are also available for an additional fee.
Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
Yes! A party package reservation allows you to bring in food and drinks.
AMP’D restrictions: NO glass containers, NO alcohol, NO slow cookers, and NO glitter/confetti.
Will guests who are not jumping count toward the number of jumpers in the package?
No, as long as they are not jumping. Everyone entering Amp’d will be required to fill out a waiver, which will be taken care of in the Party area with your Party Host upon arrival, wristbands and socks will also be given out at this time, and your host will keep track of the people who are jumping. If you would like any extra guests to take care of their own cost of jumping, let your party host know, and they will kindly direct any extras to do so.
